"The Kids Fox Trot is a FREE event for kids up to age 14 on Saturday, October 19th at 11am. The Kids Fox Trot will have 2 heats for safety reasons. The first heat will be for kids aged 6 -14 and will start at 11am with 2 laps. The second heat will be for kids aged 5 and under & will start at 11:15am with 1 lap."

Wishmaster Walk For Wishes

"Wishmaker Walk for Wishes is in its 29th year on PEI, raising money for the Children's Wish Foundation - PEI Chapter. The Children's Wish Foundation grants wishes to Island children between the ages of 3-17 with high risk, life-threatening illnesses. Characters are invited to attend to greet participants, or all ages, who have been fundraising pledges in support of the walk."

Millennium Falcon Mountain Bike Flow Trail Grand Opening

"We are a volunteer trail building organization group called the Saint John Cycling Trailminers. We build and maintain the Saint John Rockwood Park trail network. We frequently add new multi use trails with a focus on fun for mountain bikes. We are just finishing a new mountain bike beginner flow trail called Millennium Falcon and Bike jump course called Jedi Academy."

"The expanded school community turns out to convert the Eliot River School Dreampark playground into a Scream Park for Halloween. There are two waves of people going through the Scream Park...younger kids go through from 6:00 - 7:00 and then older kids go through later. Students from Eliot River and the local junior high dress up and scare people in ways that are age appropriate for the two waves."
